General Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) apply to all contracts for the purchase of vouchers from UAB Grand Hotel Vilnius (company code 300039910, Universiteto g. 14, LT-01122 Vilnius, Lithuania). By purchasing a voucher, the customer (“Customer”) agrees to these T&C.

2. Voucher Validity and Use

  • Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue, unless stated otherwise.
  • Vouchers can only be redeemed at Grand Hotel Vilnius for hotel services, spa, restaurant, or goods available at the hotel.
  • Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. If the service price exceeds the voucher value, the difference must be paid by the Customer. If the service price is lower, the remaining balance is not refundable in cash but may be transferred to another voucher.
  • Lost, stolen, damaged, or expired vouchers will not be replaced or refunded.

3. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers Only)

  • Customers who purchase as consumers (not businesses) may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of purchase, provided the voucher has not been used.
  • To exercise this right, the Customer must notify the Hotel by e-mail: info@curiocollectionvilnius.com. The Hotel will refund the full amount within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal request, using the same payment method.
  • Once a voucher has been used (e.g., for booking or payment of services), the right of withdrawal no longer applies.

4. Prices and Payment

  • All prices include VAT (Value Added Tax).
    Payment must be made in full before the voucher becomes valid.

5. Delivery

  • Electronic vouchers are delivered free of charge via e-mail (PDF format).
  • Physical vouchers may be collected at the hotel reception (Universiteto g. 14, Vilnius) in a gift envelope.

6. Liability

  • The Hotel is liable only for direct damages caused by intentional or gross negligence. The Hotel is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
  • The Hotel is not responsible for delays in postal delivery.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • These T&C are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
  • Disputes shall be resolved by negotiation. If not resolved, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Lithuania.
  • Consumers may also apply to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (www.vvtat.lt).
